Taste the flavor of Spain in this traditional Spanish recipe, it’s easy, fast, and delicious



  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Medium potatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • Cooking Oil


Step 1:  Cut the onion in slices and then fry them in cooking oil until they are well done. Then cut some potatoes and fry them in fine small bits. It’s important to use plenty of cooking oil for them.

Step 2: When everything is fried put the onion over the potatoes and mix it all up. Then remove all the oil using a stainer until it’s gone.Step 3: Stir the eggs, ad some salt and heat up the tortillas. It’s best to make each Spanish tortilla separatly if possible this way you  can cook to the right point if you added onion or not.

Suggestions :Do not add salt to the potatoes, instead add plenty of the salt on the eggs. You can also accompany it with tomatoes, a saldad or peppers
